Matt has experience in helping people lose weight, gain lean muscle, and improve their cardiovascular health with experience from being a Kickboxing instructor for over 6 years. Matt is also currently a Personal Trainer at Onelife Fitness which he helps his clients transform their body and build their self-esteem. Matt has been very passionate about working-out and fitness for over 7 years. He is ready to teach and push you physically and mental to your max potential. His classes may be difficult sometimes, but he will leave you with a smile on your face and a great sense of accomplishment.
