Cynthia Steele has been obsessed with indoor cycling since the very first class she attended many years ago. In addition to indoor cycling and group fitness, she is also a runner and triathlete, regularly competing in Ironman and Ironman 70.3 triathlons, and running races. A mom of three kids, she lost more than 50 pounds, and indoor cycling was a huge part of that journey. She has kept it off through maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and loves to encourage others to find an activity or class that they love that will motivate them to be active. Cynthia is also a certified RRCA running coach and is currently getting certified by AFAA in Group Fitness to merge her passion for leading group workouts with her love of fitness. She’s involved in running and triathlon communities and is currently the leader of the DC Tri Club Women’s Group. In her “day job”, Cynthia works in the performing arts and classical music field, along with managing social media for triathlon organizations. She lives in Montgomery County with her three kids and loves to travel the world for work and for adventure. Training/Certifications: Schwinn cycling certification, AFAA group fitness certification in progress, and RRCA running coach certification. Also CPR certified. Classes Taught: Bootcamp Ride, Rock n Ride.
