What is Senz?
Senz is a unique fitness studio. It is a movement in movement. A sensory oasis at the nexus of elemental elements rth (earth), fyr (fire), aer (air), and wtr (water). We provide Live Immersive Fitness Experiences that enhance your workouts and inspire you to a more complete, healthy lifestyle supported by holistic health and wellness coaching in a natural, biophilic environment.
Our Mission
At Senz, we believe that yoga and fitness should evoke all the senses as well as awaken the mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to cultivate an eco friendly, natural, Zen space where people feel welcome, safe, and nurtured. In doing so, we hope to help raise collective consciousness to better care for ourselves, our community, our animals, and our planet.
What makes Senz different from other studios?
Movement. Our classes are carefully curated to evoke a sense of well-being, empowerment, and connection to ourselves and the world around us.
Convenience. We are a one-stop-shop to support all of your fitness, mind/body, nutrition, and wellness needs.
Variety of Offerings. Our wide variety of classes feature both signature classes and teacher’s choice with new class offerings being added regularly.
One of A Kind Experience. We provide a unique, multi-sensory experience to enhance how you feel before, during, and after a workout.
Eco Interactive. We have created an environment that evokes a sensory response upon entering through biophilic design and architecture.
Community and Inclusivity. Boutiques and gyms can be intimidating and sometimes exclusive. We offer a high-quality, premium experience without the strings of exclusivity attached. This is a supportive and inclusive community who value making an investment in their health.
Philanthropy. By partnering with organizations such as Sweat Angels, we make donations to social impact causes on a daily basis. Our Senz ® branded clothing line set to launch in 2021 will offer a percentage of proceeds to partner charities and continue the Senz ® Give Back Campaign.

When can I sign up for a class?
We have a rolling schedule that is updated daily. Classes may be booked up to 7 days in advance. Booking ahead of time is recommended due to limited class capacity. Membership holders with 6-month memberships will receive extended booking of 14 days as a part of their membership perks package. All memberships, class packages, and drop ins will be subject to cancellation and no show policies.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no charge to your account if you cancel a reservation by 12 hours before your scheduled class. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged to your account / credit card on file.
In order to cancel a spot reserved in a Senz Yoga, Barre & Cycle class and return it to your account, you must cancel 12 hours prior to the class. Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded. If you haven’t cancelled your spot 12 hours prior to class start time, your scheduled class will be charged to your series.
Package holders will incur a $15 cancellation fee and no show will forfeit the class session. Monthly Unlimited Membership holders will be assessed a fee of $15 per incidence for any late cancellation and $20 for no show.
You can cancel your reservation in the following ways:
1) Log into your account and next to the class you wish to cancel, press “unreserve.”
2) Call the studio to cancel the class for you. You must speak with someone live. Messages via voicemail and texts will not be accepted.
Please note, in fairness to all our customers, ALL POSITIONS WILL BE RELEASED 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS BEGINS.
What is your waitlist policy?
If you are unable to get in a class you desire because it is fully booked, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. You must purchase a class package or have an active membership BEFORE you can reserve a spot on the waitlist. If you don’t receive a spot in your desired class, a class credit will remain in your account for use on future classes; the cost of the class is not refundable.
If a spot becomes available for which you have been waitlisted before the reservation window closes, you will automatically be enrolled. You will receive an email confirming your enrollment into the class from the waitlist. Please note, we assume you want to take EVERY CLASS you are waitlisted for. If you are no longer interested in a class for which you are on the waitlist, you must remove yourself from the waitlist (online or by calling the studio and speaking with someone live) or you risk being automatically enrolled and charged whether or not you attend.
If a spot that you have been waitlisted for opens after the 2-hour window before class, we will email and/or call you and all other waitlisted clients to inform you of the available spot. We will not enroll anyone until we speak with someone directly. When it is after the 2- hour window of class closing, the first client we speak with live will be enrolled.
We do not offer the option of swapping classes. If you are scheduled for one Senz Yoga, Barre & Cycle class and then receive a spot from the waitlist for a different class, you will be charged for both classes unless you cancel one of them before the 12-hour cancellation window.
We understand that life gets in the way and students can’t make class, so spots become available from a no show at class time. Please be aware that any waitlisted clients physically present at the start of class time will take priority over drop-in clients in the event that a class spot becomes available due to a no show. Your account will be charged upon confirmation of a spot in class.
What is your late policy?
All classes begin on time. For your safety and the safety of others we ask that you arrive early or on time to class. If you are running late, we ask that you call the studio to let us know you are on the way. Anyone who is more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted into class as it is unsafe and too disruptive. For cycle riders running late class starts at its marked time. We are not able to hold any seats past the start time or allow anyone in the studio.
What is your purchase and refund policy?
Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Single classes and 5 class packages expire after 30 days. 10 class packages expire after 60 days.
Monthly unlimited packages expire 30 days from the date of activation. Monthly unlimited packages are activated at the time of purchase. Cancellations of Monthly unlimited packages require a 30-day notice in writing prior to renewal date.
For health and safety reasons, all unlimited packages are limited to 3 classes per day, and class participants must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise noted.
How far in advance do I need to cancel a class to avoid a penalty or losing my class credit?
In order to cancel a spot reserved in a Senz Yoga, Barre & Cycle class and return it to your account, you must cancel 12 hours prior to the class. Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded. If you haven’t cancelled your spot 12 hours prior to class start time, your scheduled class will be charged to your series.

Our studio has automated lockers to safely store your belongings. Cell phones are not allowed in the studio to respect the silence for fellow yogis. If you need to have your cell phone with you for professional or personal reasons, please chat with your teacher before class.
What is your studio etiquette?
For the safety and respect of your fellow students and instructor, please arrive to class early to get set up. Please keep talking in the yoga studios to a minimum to allow everyone to get present and grounded for their practice. We strongly advise against leaving class early or coming late as it is disruptive to the class experience. We ask that you leave your belongings in one of the cubbies or automated lockers. We have a strict no cellphone policy in the class studio rooms.

We offer both heated and non-heated yoga experiences. Our Fire Studio is equipped with infrared heaters to heat rooms between 90-105 degrees and a humidity of 40%. Our Air Studio feels light and airy with high ceilings and open windows and tons of natural sunlight are found. To learn more about the temperature ranges in each yoga class, visit our offerings page.
*Please note: For safety purposes with wearing masks and COVID-19, we are currently running heated classes between 90-95 degrees.

With any medical diagnosis, we highly recommend asking your doctor what is best for you and individual needs.
Do you have an app?
Do you have free parking?
Yes! There is plenty of free parking for our studio. Because we are located in a popular shopping center in Fallsgrove, we suggest that you park in the center lot spaces as opposed to around the perimeter. This will ensure less traffic and greater ease getting into and out of your space.
