Position: Yoga Instructor

Lisa has been in the health and wellness field for over 20 years. She began as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. As she continued to study, she found she was drawn to a spiritual and holistic way of life, and she has since incorporated this into a new way of living. She prides herself in bringing a holistic perspective to her own life, as well as, teaching a healthy spiritual and holistic outlook to her clients and students. Her goal is to help her students find health and happiness through connecting to their spiritual and physical selves in the areas of movement, meditation, nutrition, and beliefs. Training/Certifications: personal trainer NSPA, RYT-200 Yoga Alliance.
